Cause analysis of dissatisfaction about Tea machine

3 Whys
Why? A friend of mine and I were having a tea-coffee break one Friday afternoon.
Why? We had heavy lunch (read Chicken Curry with plain rice) at nearby Chinese joint and as its consequence drowsiness :-))
Why? We were bored, tired and have to drink Tea from Pathetic tea machine

Root cause for dissatisfaction
This tea pathetic and We can't help it

Sub cases
No milk, Less sugar
Poor quality of tea used
Not effective enough for drowsiness
Non availability on Weekend
Non availability before 10 am on weekdays
No options for tea available (like ginger, cardamom etc....)
Not hot enough
The machine is often "Out of service"

Conclusions
not even drowsiness can hamper ability to make humour out of nothing :P

Action items
Drink tea at home ( and if possible in India only ;-)))
Do causal analysis for remaining drinks dispensed by that machine
